The CRA has introduced the Arsel mobile application as a strategic tool aimed at empowering telecommunications consumers across Qatar. Developed specifically by the authority, this app provides users with a direct channel to submit complaints and inquiries regarding telecommunication services. The data collected through Arsel facilitates CRA’s collaboration with service providers to enhance service quality nationally. The term "Arsel" translates to "to send" in Arabic, reflecting the app’s purpose of enabling direct communication between consumers and the regulatory body.

Through Arsel, users can:

• Access an online network coverage map, which displays user-reported experiences and indicates areas with reported coverage issues.
